Like many of you, Magnolia Pool and Spa has been affected by Hurricane Ian. 
 

We are fortunate and thankful that all members of our team have been accounted for and they are safe, despite heavy personal loss for some of our team.
 

Our team of dedicated employees have been working hard in the community to clean up pools, drain contaminated water from pools, and take care of our customers. 
 

In some cases, we are still assessing our ability to visit our customers’ homes, and we are keeping fleet movement to a minimum in certain areas as we prioritize the safety of our team and our community.  We are working hard to prepare for the recovery work that lies ahead of us and to rapidly bolster our operational capability. 
 

Our current focus is to connect with our customers. We have “all-hands-on-deck” conducting customer outreach to assess your well-being and to gather information regarding the impact Hurricane Ian had on your pool’s water, equipment, and surrounding environment. We are trying to gather as much information as possible by phone and email in these early stages of recovery to assist in keeping the community safe.    
 

Our prior experience with severe hurricanes indicates that most pools in our service area will require additional labor, extra chemicals, special skills and specialized equipment to be brought back to pre-hurricane standards. In some cases, a complete drain and surface treatment may be required. Extra charges may apply in these circumstances to account for our people’s time and the materials needed for these extraordinary services. 
 

This recovery process will take time. We ask for your patience and understanding as it may take longer than usual to get to resume normal service and extra charges may be necessary to treat and repair your swimming pool.
 

Customers will not be charged for services that have not been rendered, but please be patient with us as we work through this information with limited connectivity and strained manpower. Please know that we want to be certain that every customer’s account is addressed properly.  Should you have any questions about invoice charges or if you are inadvertently charged for any services not performed, please contact our office to discuss.
 

We are working hard to help our community and our customers recover as soon as possible.
